After a SOLD OUT Mardi Gras party in March, Lick is back in the Harbour City for another night of girls, music, dance, drinks and more girls.

If you were one of the 600 girls that took over the Bank Hotel in Newtown at the last Lick Sydney, we are doing it all again this coming one on Friday 5th July as we gear up to infiltrate the very new and sexily refurbished The Parlour (ex Havana) on bustling Oxford Street. As always we will deliver you a concoction of Hip Hop/R&B + Commercial House of all your favourites, something for every musical tastebud.

Natalie Zibung \\ Event Producer

Born in Jakarta, raised between Bali / Singapore / Auckland / Switzerland / Jakarta / Melbourne by a Swiss father and Indonesian mother, Natalie is no stranger to the vast and various cultures of the world. Now 30, Natalie has been in the Australian Film & Television industry for the last 11 years working on films such as ‘Ghost Rider’, Stephen King’s ‘Nightmares & Dreamscapes’, ‘Salem’s Lot’, ‘Evil Never Dies’ and Australian feature film with Guy Pearce, Sam Neil & Miranda Otto, ‘In Her Skin’.

Natalie also has worked on over 300 hundred television commercials for both the Australian and International markets, local drama such as ‘Stingers’, ‘The Secret Life Of Us’, ‘Blue Heelers’ and most recently finished up the last 3 seasons for Channel Seven’s popular television drama series, ‘City Homicide’ from 2008-2010. Natalie came up with the concept of ‘Lick’ four years ago but timing was never right then to pursue the idea. The aim behind creating a new night for ‘girls-who-love-girls’ is to bring a fresh, new concept that has never been done before. ‘I want to get girls from all walks of life and looks in the one vicinity, get them all smiling, talking, laughing and enjoying themselves in a fun environment. A night where we can all celebrate our community and our mutual love of girls’.

Besides working full time in the Film & TV industry as well as the Events and Entertainment industry, Natalie is also part of the team that organises red carpet movie premieres throughout Australia. Past film premieres that Natalie has helped managed are, ‘Abduction’ with Taylor Lautner, ‘High School Musical’ & ’17 Again’ with Zac Efron, ‘Killers’ with Ashton Kutcher, ‘Brokeback Mountain’ with Heath Ledger & Michelle Williams and ‘North Country’ with Charlize Theron – just to name a few.

And if all that doesn’t take up enough of Natalie’s time, Natalie is also a co-host on Australia’s first and only gay & lesbian radio station – JOY 94.9 and together with co-host Ginni Hettihewa airs a show called ‘Her Society’. Natalie donates regularly to several charities such as UNICEF, Plan Australia, WSPA, Fred Hollows Foundation, {also} Foundation, Lost Dogs Home, Starlight Children’s Foundation, Australian Red Cross, JOY 94.9 & Ronald McDonald House. Natalie was also personally asked by the {also} foundation to appear in two of their television commercial with their most recent one for the ‘No To Homophobia’ campaign which attracted nationwide attention and Natalie being the face of media interviews with Channel 10, The 7PM Project & SBS. 

To date Natalie has bridged the gap with communities overseas, Lick Entertainment is an official supporter of the world’s largest lesbian festival Club Skirts The Dinah, and has twice brought to Australia Whitney Mixter & Sara Bettencourt, the two most popular cast members of The Real L Word, a lesbian reality television series produced by Showtime, as well as Lauren Bedford Russell & Kiyomi McCloskey also from the series and lead singer of Canadian rock band, Hunter Valentine in early 2013.
